Reporting Copyright Infringement

What Happens After We Receive a Complaint
Once a valid DMCA notice is received:
- We will review the request for completeness and validity
- If valid, we may remove or restrict access to the content
- We may notify the user responsible for the content (if applicable)
- We may take additional actions if repeated violations occur
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or applicable legal authority)
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action.
Repeat Infringers
CryptoSkillLab reserves the right to terminate access or remove content from users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Misuse of DMCA Process
Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith.
